Probably not, got to remember we have new hunters and shooters joining every day that have little or no experience or information on firearms/hand loading skills/calibers. Got to cut them some slack. But if an old fart like me starts one, hanged

This exactly.

No different than the PMs I get. I've answered the same questions more times than I can remember. But the person asking has never seen the answer before, so I give them the answer. It's just the way it is.

If you don't like what I like then you're wrong. You should know that by now. Isn't the 7-08 for people who are afraid of recoil, bunnies and unicorns?

Let's see.
This is a hunting forum.
This is the "Rifles, Shotguns & Handguns" sub-forum.
At least 2 of the three sub-forum title words are known to use cartridges.
So, probably not.

I thought it and a Tikka T3 were the be-all, end-all rifle?

It’s not like we have a search feature or anything.

Yes we will stop, when one of two things happens.

1. Affordable energy beam weapons are available

2. The Democrats take away all or guns.

NO!!!!

I don't think any cartridge that has come out in the last 20 (30?, 40?) years is doing anything that has not or cannot be replicated by another cartridge that is already out there. New cartridges are developed now days for the single purpose of selling new guns.

No we won't. We tweak guns and loads, always looking for an edge in our shooting that for the most part we don't need. But it's what we do and why we come here.

Won't end with all of the new cartridges being developed. Just wait till the 6.25 Creedmoor Improved Valkyrie comes out!

Very true, but the search feature on every board I am and have been a member of is severely lacking. Even when you know what you are looking for is there and exists some can be nearly impossible to find.
