Dad and I are headed towards Denver City in a last minute bid for a few quail this week. Does anyone know how the quail are out there? Are there blues also or just bobwhites? Thanks all, and happy hunting to any of you who may be out after it this late. Jesse

I hunt about an hour north of there in Lamb county, and it's mostly Bobs, with the occasional covey of Blues where I hunt. My guess would be that the percentage of Blues is higher down in that area around Denver City though. That whole region needs rain real bad. When I was there in mid-Jan, it was extremely dry.
