South Texas hunting lease looking for possible 1-3 responsible management minded hunters.

About the property:
4,023 acres just south of Refugio. Currently 10 longtime members. Deer, spring Turkey, dove, quail, as many hogs, coyotes you want. There is a bunkhouses which sleeps 8 & covered area. Some have rv campers which have to be approved. We are in the process of rebuilding a community cabin for cooking, eating & bathrooms. We lost the original in a storm. There is no electricity but have a generator that will run entire camp. Water is accessible. Currently have apx. 15 blinds we all share. Guests are allowed but obviously are on the members gun. Year round use. There is a biologist employed by the ranch that monitors the deer harvest.

Who we are looking for:
Management minded, willing to work, family friendly, willing to work, responsible, in it for the long haul person. 4,000 acres is a lot to take care of. We somewhat feed year round. We do feed protein. There is a lot to shred & brush clear at times. We are in the process of rebuilding a nice camp & also some blinds that were damaged in a storm. If you plan on showing up once & shooting your deer & going home, this isnít the place for you.

What you get:
Right now our dues are $5,000.00/yr. there is a $500.00 initiation fee on new members. Year round use 4,000 acres surrounded by 80,000 acres owned by the same ranch. U generally can shoot a doe, cull or management buck & trophy buck depending on the biologist survey. Honestly, we donít always shoot all our deer so in most cases you can take more. Some members donít even take a deer. Obviously, you wonít shoot a trophy if you donít see one. As many dove, quail, hogs & varmints the heart desires. In reality, this place has good deer, sometimes great deer but if you are expecting to shoot a 150+ every season, not gonna happen. Itís a great place to raise your kids, bring some meat home, & just have a great time.

Can send pics of deer harvested or on cam.

Sir, read all the above, and I have several questions. Should I PM you or prefer to PM your phone number and talk it out via phone call?

You say Bee County as in "just south of Refugio". That would be in Refugio County then if it is just south of Refugio. Is it west of Refugio, if so then it could be in Bee County?

You can PM me with your contact information & I will contact you.

In response to the guy who is so concerned on the exact coordinates... like I said above, the whole ranch is over 80,000 acres. When you get on property, you start in Refugio county, by the time you get on our lease you are in Bee county. The entrance is just south of Refugio, but u end up closer to Beeville...
