Any guys around the Katy area have recommendation for places to store a boat?

Looking to store my 16' jon boat, but everything seems to cost an arm and a leg.

Boat storage sucks. Before I moved I was paying $80 a month to keep my boat outside in a dirt parking lot with no cover or anything. Best bet is to find a friend that lives out in the sticks to let you keep it at their place or stick it in your backyard/garage.
