I think I like the sheep best. I have a black Hawaiian and a Catalina goat on the wall. Big Mouflon, a Corsican and Blackbuck on the bucket list for sure.

I like chasing aoudad the best. It's just a different style of hunt than what I've done my whole life. Axis, nilgai, and blackbuck aren't far behind and are definitely better table fare

I have only had a chance at elk and shot 2 aoudad. Elk was in horse back in mountains and snow, was pretty awesome. The aoudad was with mike and running around the west Texas mountains and was a blast as well. I would definitely do both of those again, but I would say anything in my price range where I can get out and stalk and see the country side.
I would say
Aoudad Elk Axis Blackbuck

Elk, muley and pronghorn are my three favorite, but have really enjoyed hunting, aoudad, axis, fallow, blackbuck, whitetail, pheasant, oryx, addax, and stag.....

Axis is number one. Great eating, beautiful capes and amazing antlers. They are also fairly affordable, and when you are in a place that has a lot of them, it's an amazing time looking for the best one!!!

Be hard for me to pick just one. My bucket list for exotics is very long. Blackbuck is near the top though.

Aoudad has to be my favorite. But I think it has more to do with the country they live in than the animal itself.

I'll have to say Axis and BB cuz that's all I've killed I would like a big White Fallow or Texas Dall. Not really into Elk (Northern States) or African game. Although true African plains game hunting is just like hunting in Texas, High fenced giant private, ranches. Plus a very LONG, EXPENSIVE plane ride. Now a REAL Safari for Buffalo, Leopard, Eland, Kuda, in a REAL, wild Safari Camp for a month would be about the coolest hunt ever. You know, where there is stuff that will kill and eat you if you ____ up...

I can't say because I haven't killed them all. One animal I've got a hankering for is a Gemsbok but instead of paying 5K in Texas I think I'll wait till I get to the dark continent and pay 1K and then hunt some others. I will admit to being an Axis junkie.

Elk for North American game, i just love that style of hunting, wish list for Afica would be Sable
Eland was probably my favorite hunt while i was their in SA, they were far more elusive and graceful than i imagined for being that size.

I guess I am a little biased but these are my favorites. Do you have to put hay or alfalfa out for them in the winter?
