I take my stuff to Arnold's in Hempstead, great pricing and they vacuum seal each link individually.

R&D on Treaschwig in Spring makes some of the best sausage in Houston. He only makes regular and spicy. He doesn't need the fluff.

I used to use Midway in Katy. have never had a bad experience, but I prefer the flavor of sausage from B&W on North Shepherd in Houston. Not Spring, but not terribly far away. I've heard good things about Last Step in Humble and Fisher Ham and Meat in Spring

Fishers Ham & Meat Co. on Spring Cypress near Kuykendahl. Been using them for years ever since we ditched Midway. I’m not partial to sausage but my dad gets some every year and it’s very good.

Smitty’s is excellent. Their jalapeno cheese sausage is some of the best I’ve had. They will also put up to 25% beef brisket in their ground.
