Just read a really good article on these in The American Rifleman Magazine, NRA's advertising media for Ruger and Hornady.
Any way these seem like really great scopes for The $$

Tract = Meh
BDC reticles and MOA capped adjustments. They are doing it all wrong.

I have the Toric 3-15x with duplex reticle (actually it sits on my son's Tikka 260). He has app 300 rounds through it so far, and it has held zero, been dialed out to 700 yds and everywhere in between many times, and returned to zero with no problems. The glass is fantastic, everything that moves does so very smoothly, the clicks are very positive. It is a very nice scope.

I won't buy one because they are gray Isn’t that annoying as hell I told one of the guys it is a nice scope but I wouldn't get serious because it was gray. He thinks gray is sba. They were suppose to come out with a long range tac scope but I haven't heard much. They are old Nikon guys I think. Probably why they like bdc
