Kyle, will you rotate this?   2/3 IPSC hostage. The white is exposed for 3" horizontally. On a mobile base, but is currently set at 200 yards. I just hit it three times, and it works!

Add a few "misses" on the hostage. I think seeing the hits on the hostage will mess people up.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.
