A buddy of mine gave me a bunch of Black Hills 300BLK loaded with the 110 grain Black-tip TSX (TTSX?) He gave me enough of it that it I had to buy a rifle to shoot it.
I finally had an opportunity to try it out the other day. 85 pound doe was approximately 175 yards away. At the shot, she hunched and ran about 40 yards and fell over dead.
Caliber size entry with a half-dollar size exit. Lungs were mush, with a chunk hanging out of the exit.
I was impressed!
