Should be awesome! I'm making 2 strip steaks & 2 lobster tails with my anova tonight.
Curious to know how the lobster turns out.
Do you put a quick sear on the tails at end or eat straight out of the water bath?
Straight outta the bag. I did a quick parboil to help peel them from the shell, then put them in a bag with some butter, herbs & pinch if salt. 30-45 minutes @130F and served with some of the melted butter from the bag.
I actually bought these two a while back when Kroger had them on sale for $5 each. Did all the prep work that night and tossed the vacuum pack in the freezer.
