anyone using H4350 with any pet loads please share.

I've had good results with 44.0 H4350 and Berger 130 hybrids.

I'm a 6.5 Creedmoor rookie at this point - so far I've only used 130 gr Accubonds with RL15 and they have a lot of potential. I just ordered some 140 gr Sierra Game Kings to try and I'm hoping they'll shoot better than the 130's.

Since H4350 is basically non existent, IMR 4451 seems to work just as good.

Back to topic, OP, the 130s shoot fine out of an 8" twist 6.5CM. No experience with the 120s.

I know but I got plenty, that's why I was asking for just H4350
Fitz, you trying to blow my little Barrett up? That's pretty stiff isn't it?
You never know these days, all the manuals are all full of BS Loads and they are all different,
These bullets I'm testing are $1.16 EACH and dedicated hunting only. SO, I'm trying to get lucky with my first load.
I will load 6 of each and fire two groups with each.
I have 120's and 130's Cutting Edge sent me some data showing 42.6 as their "near Max" load and 43.6 for the 120

44.0 H-4350 under a 130 gr is almost S.O.P As always, work up to it.

Since H4350 is basically non existent, IMR 4451 seems to work just as good. We've tested one 6.5 Creedmoor with it. So far, it looks good. We still need to test it out to 800, in varying temps. But I am fairly sure it will be a very good powder. I am about to be forced over to it. I loaded my last H-4350 creating 250 rounds. Once it is shot, I am out of the H-4350 business for good.

As JG indicated, work up to it. I actually had good results with a bit hotter load with no signs of pressure but 44.0 had the best groups and ES/SD.

yes......I drank the koolade. .
Since I got the Barrett, it wont be a gun I shoot the crap out of, really just hunting, maybe 20 rounds a year?. Thought I would try these out. They are supposed to be dead azz killers.
Probably not a bit better than a Ballistic Tip but what the heck, I'm an all day sucker for new and different stuff
plus with the 21" barrel, I'm trying to get it scootin without breakin anything. Thus the 120-130, not the 140.

They’re good bullets. About as consistent as it gets. Easy to get to shoot. Very accurate.

Buzz, monometal hunting bullets tend to have higher pressures with equal weight of powder compared to copper and lead of the same weight. The difference usually is due to a longer bearing surface. Try looking at the Barnes data online. I am away from my notes, but off the top of my memory, seems like the 120 Barnes showed pressure signs at 42.0 with H4350. The monometals definitely need to start low and step up to watch for pressure. 43.5 likely is going to be a max or over max load, not a starting point.
Also, it is cold now, and early deer season can be very hot, so best to stay away from near max loads in cold weather load workup.
Really looking forward to hearing how the Cutting Edge work on game.

Really looking forward to hearing how the Cutting Edge work on game. The MTH is a bore riding design, so it tends to reduce pressures.

I had Cutting Edge send me their loading Data, they say to use regular cup and core load data. Look at their website, pretty cool tech

Sneaky,
Appreciate learning they are bore riders.
Buzz,
Looking forward to hearing range and hunting reports.
Just wanted to make sure you did not run into trouble.
