Its one section less 2 acres. 2150 an acre. Hunts big, one mile off the red south of Boswell, OK. It has food plots, high dollars stands, and expensive feeders. Its heavy wooded with a large creek. The front 100 acres is in hay, the rest in woods. It made 538 round bails on the front 100 acres in one cut last year.

Something to consider many places also have elk and or bear seasons.

My ranch sometimes has elk, mulies, whitetails and pasture maggot pronghorns... but that’s $900+ in tags.
