Waiting on stamp for my Sandman S, but am looking to buy another one soon. I like the reduced blowback feature offered by both the OSS and the Tranquilo. The OSS is priced like its milled out of a gold bar, and I can’t find any info at all on the Tranquilo...outside of the same 2-3 uninformative videos on YouTube. I called LaRue and they didn’t have any specs or performance reviews they could, or would, provide.
Does anyone use the Tranquilo, and if so, how did it perform? Does it truly offer reduced blowback in an AR platform? How was dB reduction?

I asked the same question in the rifle forum a while back and it was pointed out to me how heavy it is. My Cyclone is a 2lb'er as well, so wouldn't do that again. The second one you see in my tagline below, it's on order, and is under 1 lb. Weight on a suppressor is a big deal. You can address the blowback via an adjustable gas block I saw posted a bit ago I'll need to find that vents the extra gas up front, vs in your face. I heard about this after I installed my SLR. https://suparms.com/collections/adjustable-gas-blocks-direct-impingement
