Price per acre?

Exotics on the property?

Seasonal or Annual?

Any surface water?

Livestock on the property?

Interested also, if a group may need one 1-2 more.

sorry i've been out hauling livestock. $5.50-$6 an acre, 12 or so guns, limiting trophies to around 8 per year to manage the herd but culls management bucks and doe. There are stock tanks and water troughs but no ponds. This is a cow and goat operation so you would need to pen your feeders and if you think you can't run goats and have a good deer population I can show you otherwise. There have been a few exotics spotted but not many, pigs on property. It would be an annual lease. I have one individual who wants to go look at the property next week and is looking to put a 10K deposit to hold the lease and the rest of 50% upon contract. He has first dibs but if anyone is still interested after this post, let me know and if that falls through I can contact.

What county road is it on?

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

So you plan to lease to 12 hunters but only harvest 8 trophys? Yall plan to draw straws to see who gets to harvest a trophy or first come first served on the trophys and once 8 are killed then nobody else can shoot one?

Looking for management minded hunters who want to grow big bucks not tag out. I’d lease to one if someone comes up with $50,000 to hunt alone. I don’t care how big your group is but to manage a healthy herd that’s what it can carry. Draw straws or see who lights the biggest fart. The rest can shoot management culls doe etc. it’s not a problem on the other ranches we operate so with the right group shouldn’t be an issue. I have another place that’s 12,000 acres if your looking for more bucks

We hunt 11 guns on 6000 acres in Sonora we killed 4 trophy bucks 8 management bucks and 24 doe. And I think everyone was pretty happy. We don't draw straws it's just we are very selective in what we harvest and everyone is on the same page.

Pretty sure I was on this lease one year, right before the fires.

I’ve not seen CaveManRancher say there must be 12 members. Looks like he’s just putting a maximum on the number of hunters, as well as being up front with how many trophy deer are allowable. It’s not hard to figure out you can get a group of only 8 people, and each person gets a trophy.

They’ve been on this lease a long time, the terms have not been renegotiated in a very long time, don’t want to pay what the ranch is worth (market value for area), hunting outside the terms of lease, slow paying etc.
