I have this rifle, I love it but its so boring looking. Who does the BEST Cerakoting, local to DFW, no shipping. I'm thinking something similar to Redsnakes new Custom .30 Nosler??? I cant afford to build another rifle.

Stainless and synthetic does not need Cerakote.
Paint it yourself with $20 of spray paint and $10 worth of stencils and have some fun.

You obviously have never met Buzz Lots of cerakote guys in DFW...another option might be hydrographics. I’ve used North Texas Hydrographics and they were super to deal with.

I’ve used both Scalpel Arms and APR. Both do excellent work.

Trinity Ordnance quoted me a much cheaper price than APR. Anyone willing to testify to the quality of their work?

I let them do an old rusted up 870 Express 20ga Magnum, and then let them do my new 6.5 Creedmoor custom build. I'm very happy with the job they did.

Was in there last week, they had a few cerakoted items around, and they all looked great.

What did they charge you? Looks good. I think the shotgun was $106, but I had a coupon from their newsletter. The barreled action, scope rail, and chassis parts was $160.

I have an AR on layaway with them, and I’m calling this morning about getting it cerakoted. Thinking I’m going with red battleworn. I hated battleworn until I saw it with non traditional colors.

where is Trinity located? Lake worth. For single color they change $40 per part. Not sure if barrel action counts as 1 part or 2.

I stopped by Trinity Ordnance and dropped off the slide from my Taurus PT111 G2 when I went to Ft. Worth Friday. I'm having them cerakote it in gun metal gray. They will use the bake cure for this job. Can't wait to get it sent back and reassemble the pistol. The price was very reasonable and everyone I talked to at the store was very friendly and helpful.

Just a follow up. I got the slide today and reassembled the pistol. The cerakote job is top notch and I am really happy with the way it turned out. They are not local to me but any future work I may have will go to Ft. Worth to Trinity Ordnance.
