The last match I saw him at was two years ago at the Vortex 3-Gun Championship. There was an additional (optional) side stage "shoot off" that cost a few bucks extra to participate in. The proceeds of the side stage benefited the We Defy Foundation which supports disabled combat veterans. Mr. Miculek not only won the main match but also the benefit "shoot off." The prize for the shoot off was, if I remember correctly, a really nice AR-15. Upon being awarded the rifle, Jerry, without hesitation, donated it back to the foundation to be auctioned off for additional support. Everyone cheered and the rifle was auctioned off on the spot raising another healthy sum for our wounded warriors. The guy is the real deal and a class act, a true ambassador of the shooting world.

I thought you were going to say JG Firemen I'm pretty decent with a pistol. But Jerry Miculek is the best the world has ever seen IMO. Always a pleasure to watch him shoot.
