Curious as to what folks would pay if I flooded 1 acre plots of milo/millet, 5-6 different spots on 30 acres. Irrigation well in place. Close to Hagerman.Have it just sitting and no money in cows. Thoughts ??

Close to the Hagerman I would think you could have a heck of a place. Are you thinking of an annual lease or guiding individual hunts?

Iíd be interested and I like that youíre thinking few days a week versus killing a spot. Iíd also be interested in a season deal and not just a per day.
