I had 3 (big) pork tamales, topped with 3 fried eggs with a little Valentina, and a little side of bacon.  You rurn't them fried eggs by bustin' them yokes!  I know, I like them over easy...but my baby girl said "Daddy I have to poop" and took off while I was flippin' eggs, so by the time I got back from bathroom duty they were over cooked and messed up.  wouldn't trade it for nothin' tho... Skinner, you just ruined this entire thread! Can the mods delete it  Awe heck that's just part of being a daddy! But we need to talk about that bacon lol chewy not crunchy, but i'd still

Bowl of butter beans with smoked ham hocks & jalapeno and cornbread.  Breakfast of Champions right there  Just don't get down wind from him after breakfast

It would be hard to beat that bowl of butter beans with cornbread. If I were to eat breakfasts like some of you have posted, I would be a good candidate for the tv show about the 600 lb. people !
