There's lots of ways to keep your noggin warm. Just thought I'd pass along a guy that does good work out of his house. I've got no connection to him whatsoever, but I've bought a high-vis hunter orange hat and a windproof fleece mountain hat and have really been impressed with the quality and the warmth.
