Stephens County, near Caddo, outside of Breckenridge. Deer movement was way off this season. No deer coming to feeders with the big acorn crop. Many of us hunters were not seeing much at all. The last few weeks deer started coming to feeders and several decent bucks we saw on camera were taken. My stand is on a creek line near heavy timber where the deer often bed down, and has always had good deer coming to it and I got skunked many times. It was very slow Nov and Dec, until right around Christmas.

Montague as well. They were all at my feeder Sat. Had 16 doe come in. Son took one after I threw more corn to get some to come back. We run 7 feeders and all got hammered all season. Sometimes only saw 2 deer but they would clean it all up in 45 minutes. We do have a couple feeders the doe don't frequent though so normally young bucks only.

La Salle county, 1,000 acres. Anywhere from 5 to 20 per outing, depends on what part of the ranch and when. But next year will be different. The owners one ranch over has put up a HF and its already effecting the hunting. Lot's less deer.

Randall county. Mule Deer. Was much better than past 2 years. Population is recovering from drought years. Took 3 trophy bucks on 1500 acres and a number of does and culls. Good number of 3yr old+ bucks left for next years hunting bodes for a good 2018.
