From his very first hunt with me, til we hunted a few weeks ago. Can't believe how quick time flies. Gonna make the most of these hunts because this was the last hunt my dad and I shared before he had a stroke.

Time does fly. I was thinking the same thing when I left my lease the other day. This is my 17th season there. Lots of memories.

Great photos! Sorry to hear about your father.

I am also sorry to hear about your father's stroke. I will say a prayer for him. You have memories of hunting together and God willing there will be more.

Yep. My youngest started going with me at 7, and she is now 15. We just got back yesterday from our annual after Christmas hunting trip and two or three times she brought up memories from our prior years' hunts. Almost brought a tear to my eye that she is making memories, because I know these annual trips with just the two of us are not going to last forever. Enjoy every minute of it.

Your Son has a great role model, in you. Maybe Dad could go on an 'easy hunt'?. If not, what a great buck to wrap up your hunting career with. up

Those pics are priceless. They tell a story of how great a role model your dad is. Sorry to hear about his stroke . I will pray for him .
