I’ve always thought about throwing in a sack of milo or wheat into my feeder

The number of Turkey before was very few, I had only gotten one pic of 3 hens and one pic of a single gobbler - That's total from over 3,000 previous pics.
@mreed - The stuff I buy at the local feed store is a mix of milo, wheat and cracked corn.

That's what I do, the hogs don't get the scratch so fast. But you know turkeys often have different ranging in fall vs spring. Good luck and I hope they stay around for you.

Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

I've got a lease just for hogs and corn buzzards (no deer hunting rights for me). Thus, my heart/brain doesn't get confused with agonizing over them eating the corn and scratch. Now my WT and MD leases, that is a different concern and don't want either the hogs or turkeys eating the corn and protein.

Why on earth would anyone want more corn buzzards lol I don't mind seeing a few every now and then. We'll see them every day for a week then they disappear for a couple months.
In the end, it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years.

Why on earth would anyone want more corn buzzards lol Um, they taste better than deer? They are tasty, wish more people would learn how to cook them. Fresh fried breasts are hard to beat. Then smoke the rest of the carcass, de-bone, make stock with the bones and make a turkey and homemade pork sausage gumbo. Will bite your lip trying to get to that spoon and that ain't no BS.

Milo Works well, Just dump it in last on the corn feeder. Will slowly filter through the corn. Have done it for 10 yrs until this year. Would always see em heading north in the am and south by the feeders in the pm. Always 30+. This year no milo, saw 12 turkeys once, that's it.
