I’ve seen many pics and even deer in person who could care less about coyotes. I think the deer can sense when the coyotes are on the hunt and when they aren’t much of a danger.

I think bigger bucks are more tolerant or not as afraid of a single yote. Now if that was a doe, she probably would have hauled azz a long time ago bolt

Our place used to have only have a few coyotes and to see one was rare. Twice, I watched bucks circle a coyote and charge at him. Now that we have more, they don’t seem to get along as the same. Our deer don’t really run but I don’t see them charge anymore either.
