For sale here is a santoku style chef knife, built on 3/32 154CM stainless stock with a full flat grind, tapered tang, and a 400 grit hand finish. My heat treat, with dry ice, tempered to 60-61 RC. The mirror polished 416 stainless bolsters are dovetailed, and the handle is an exceptional set of rosewood burl with mosaic pins. Overall length is 12" with a 7" blade. $400
