Need a scope for a friends father, his days of climbing mountains are over. Just something to hunt from a blind with and shots in low light. Need it by Christmas and if you have something laying around you want to sell that's fine to.......

When you say from a blind, are these going to be 100 yard shots at a feeder or can it get farther?

One of our biggest sellers these days, which is a great scope for what you're looking for is the Athlon Optics Argos 2-10x40 - Center X which would cost you less than $250.00. Please give us a call to discuss it. If a 3-15x40 is more to your liking that is under $300.00 as well.

I know they are cheap, but I have a Nikon Buckmaster 2 that I like, also a big fan of the Redfield Revolution. Should be under $200 with both.

Get Doug to quote you a Vortex Viper HS in 2-10x42...great scope I bought for under your budget in a 30mmtube that gives me lots more light than I had expected.

In my opinion a Vortex Diamondback is a good scope for less than $300. I have a couple and I have no complaints. I did get lucky and picked up a Vortex Viper HS for just over $300. Now that's a really good scope for any application. Well worth the money.
