Looking to purchase a Dillon FG blind 5x6 on a five tower after the season is over. Any thoughts on who has decent prices? May also buy a protein feeder if I can get a package deal!

I bought texas deer stands blinds direct from the factory. Had some issues with the floor in a dillon. I wont go back. If you are interested I can PM you the owners phone number. They are based out of Jacksboro. I have a 5/8 on 10ft tower, 5/6 on 5 ft tower, and a 4/6 on a 10ft tower. I love them.

whats the approximate cost for a 5x6 fiberglass blind? I am looking for this size also, but they're not very common.

Appreciate Jokerj. Are they fiberglass?

Kyle- I thought I saw a 5x6 on dillons website, but now I don't see one listed. Most are at least 1500 for a fiberglass two man.

I have a couple 4x6 from T-box, but they're just too small when I have two of my kids with me. I need to get at least one 5x6 or 5x7, but haven't seen much in fiberglass. Mainly just the ones made by atascosa, MB ranch king, etc. And they're pretty pricey

I have two of them and they are quality stuff for the price. Very comfortable.

Drove all over central Texas looking at different models yesterday. Still liking the fiberglass, but didn't see any dillons out this way. BTW, I'm leaning towards Dillons because they appear to have better quality control (no fibers sticking out everywhere) and have a lifetime warranty. Hunting buddy is also buying one, but he is leaning towards metal.

Knapper - sent you a text.

Pokerj2 - when you said you had an issue with a soft floor in a Dillon, did you warranty the issue? If so, did that go ok?

4weight- yep going to drive up to J'boro and look and get a Herds Burger while I'm there!

That sounds like a solid game plan right there. No fiber issues at all with mine.

We all had Dillons on the lease, never a problem with them. Mine was thrown a quarter mile by a tornado and only cracked at the window frame, easy fix. I will say that the floor was a little soft, but thought it was only due to where it was mounted to the stand. It mounted close to the center vs the outside.

Shows Tractor Supply is a stocking dealer for Dillon.

I drive by here on the way to my lease in Graham and noticed they've either shutdown or moved, assuming this is the place on 380? They did open a liquor store next door a few months ago so maybe he found easier money. smile

Thanks for the feedback on the Dillon. I assume if a soft floor is problematic, their lifetime warranty would fix?

I drove up there over holidays and saw them. They were closed, but the guy said he would meet me there if I came up. That right there probably gives you a clue as to their service. One thing I didn't like was their windows. It was just aluminum channel on each side with plexi sliding in from the top. I would much rather have glass tilt up like a Dillon. I do have to say that their fiberglass looked thick. Not one fiber sticking out of the resin. I did ask if they might be cheaper after the season and he said no. Price is what it is I guess.

Still looking!

My dad bought this blind this past year before season. It’s a true 5x7 measuring on the inside. He looked for a few years before pulling the trigger on this one. It was $2300 plus tax. Only weights 200lbs. It’s made of a foam that supports 100 pounds per inch, sprayed with fiberglass inside and out. The windows are glass, and in my opinion better than Deer Veiw. They fold up and have a magnet to hold them up. Windows and door are double sealed to prevent bugs or leaks. Im 6 foot 2 inches and can stand up inside, plus it’s plenty of room for 2-3 people in office chairs.
