It's turkey wing, turnip soup. It's hot and sour, with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and cilantro. Would you eat the skin or give it to the dogs?

Cooking is not a contest to me. It's a way of life. I get hooked on this soup for lunches during the winter months just as I do with BLTs when my tomatoes are in. I use bone in chicken breast when I do not have leftover turkey white meat. I crumble Fritos in there.

Love the skin when it's rendered down and crisp.
Don't care for it otherwise. That said the soup
looks really good and I'd eat the snot out of it.
