Mike, what do you use to insulate the firebox? Just 2 layersbof steel? Rockwool or mineral wool, you can get it on amazon. The stuff we've been using was leftovers of what's in our powder coat oven

Here’s one you don’t get every day. We built this 8’x14’ deck with a 8’x9’ enclosure underneath to haul a can an maverick and a Jeep behind one hell of an RV! Bi-fold aluminum ramps were fabbed for loading the top deck, we have about 3/4” of ground clearance at the lowest point with them built like this. Pics don’t do it justice, that’s a 24’ trailer!

  We built these for a new lodge in Coleman. The griddles are 24”x48” and are built with 3/8” plate. The smoker is pellet fed and has 2” of insulation all the way around. It weighs in at 1200 pounds! The first smoke on it we kept it at 250 for 9 hours and only used about 4 cups of pellets.
