Hey I’m looking around for a bike for bigger guys. I’m 6’ 4” 280lb. I’m just wanting a decent bike to ride a few miles here and there just to get back in to shape no marathons or anything just riding down the road to get some exercise since I don’t have the free time to go to the gym. Maybe a stationary bike would work as well if I’d be able to get the same results. I had no idea how extensive some of these bikes are. Looking to spend $100-250 range I know I’m not getting much for that but it only see use 2-3 times a week for a few hours each time

Craigslist is the right idea, I would look for a mountain bike. DFW has 100s of bikes on their Craigslist. If you don't like the look of a mountain bike, look for a cruiser. The 26" is the normal big one you will find, but sometimes a 29" will show up.
