Looks like 32 inch hog panels is what is recommended to keep most hogs out of feeder pens. Most of my stands aren't elevated much. Does this height interfere with shooting a deer that is inside the pen? Would hate to hit top part of panel when taking a shot. Thanks!

Those will work if you dont have cattle. It can, most just shoot deer outside the pen, but you can cut a couple boxes out on the side facing your stand and make some windows.

I just shoot through out panels if needed, it isn't that big of a deal. We have 32 in panels on all our pens and haven't had a cow get in yet.

Lucky that I don't have cows. Just a lot of hogs. Gonna put them up as soon as season closes

All the hog panels I've used were 34", never had a cow or bull get in any of them.
I haven't hit a wire yet, but, probably will now that I said that.

Mine are 26. I ripped 50 livestock panels and framed them with 1 tubing. Never had pigs or cows come in and its low enough that fawns will jump in frequently.

I've done this on places without livestock with great success for hogs without the tubing frame. I leave the cut off points sticking up to act like barbed wire to hogs trying to go over.

I think these are great ideas, and would likely further reduce the risk of an arrow or bullet hitting one of the wires (as small as that risk is already).

We have cattle panels cut down to 32 inches I believe. Our stand is 90 yards away and 10-foot off the ground and my wife made a perfect behind the shoulder shot on her buck last year and it hit the panel. Deer are short, if your not in an elevated stand you will be shooting through the panel.
