I have been thinking about getting a set of night (and day) sights for a full size M&P pistol. I've looked at Truglo, Ameriglo, and Trijicon on-line. Does anyone have any suggestions for good ones or those to stay away from?
I don't know anything about any of them so any input will be helpful. Thanks.

Thanks for the info Greg. Did you install them or have a gunsmith do it? I've read that they can be difficult to install and may require filing front sight.

I like the trijicon HD sights with the U notch rear sight.

I like the trijicon HD sights with the U notch rear sight. I'm not a big believer in night sights but these are the way I would go more than likely

I went with the TruGlo for my full size M&P 2.0. Had a gunsmith install them. I am very happy with them.

I let the pro's do it with their press and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to mess it up with a hammer, and wasn't sure I could get it to the correct place.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like it's probably best to have someone with the right punches/equip. do the install.

Thinking about upgrading sights on my Shield PC to night sites. They are okay but have shot the fiber out of front sight. No big deal just dab of super glue and back in service. Still like to put set of trijicons in it.
