Someone asked on a earlier thread about vegetable dishes. I offered up sweet potatoes, with olive oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, and topped with a sprinkle of cayenne. I went on to write that it could be cooked ahead of time and reheated later. It's done.
I'll be cooking in snatches this afternoon and have dinner at the halftime of the Cowboys game. Lots of people have their feast for lunch. When do you have yours?
