Came across a couple of bino's on sale. Bushnell L Series 10x42 for $119 and Vortex Diamondback 10x42 for $129. The Vortex are in store only so not sure if I will be able to locate them but the Bushnell's are online. How do the Bushnell's compare to the Diamondback's?

I love my Vortex Diamondback 10x42 binos. I'm sure the Bushnells are fine, but my experience with lower-priced optics is that Vortex wins almost every time over Nikon/Leuopold/Bushnell. Once you get to the more expensive stuff, that's where the other players really shine.

I believe you can't go wrong with the Vortex Diamondback. I own a pair and couldn't be happier for the price point. I hunted last Sunday with my brother-in-law in a double stand. His first words after using my Diamondbacks was "Wow - these things are amazing!" I would go with Vortex.

Anyone know what the difference between the Vortex Diamondback Classic and Non Classic? Found the Classic one's on sale for $129 but the non classics are $229.

I'm sure the classics are what I have. They're normally $199 or so, but Cabela's runs them for $129 every black Friday it seems.
