I am looking for a Quality "Butcher's Steel".
Notice that I didn't say "cheap".

I want a regular smooth finished Steel.

I do not want diamond coated, ceramic, ridged etc.

There are so many darned choices that pop up on Amazon etc.

I figured I'd ask the folks here that I would consider far more knowledgeable than your average bear.

I have been using a large Welding Tungsten for years, but it will break if dropped.

I need something more forgiving when being packed & transported etc.

Thanks!
