What is your concern?
Other than uncomfortable and hard to hit, duck hunting is still duck hunting.

I've duck hunted at Kern County Refuge in Bakersfield Ca. when the rain and sleet was blowing sideways, but the birds were still moving, it was blowing so hard, that if the wind was from your left, you would have to shoot like 6 feet farther to the left for the bb's to connect. (fun times)

Find a more protected area to launch and run in. Birds are going to want to sit out of the wind if it's that bad anyway...

That day is nothin to joke about. I have a solid respect for the wind now.

But we did pile em up in the end.

The NTX lake I hunt gets very choppy with little wind. Probably going to stay home this weekend. That 2 mile ride across the lake just sounds a little too risky.

Windy as hell where I was at this morning, didn't see much of anything flying and only heard about 4-5 shots in the area.
