This morning I woke up at 3:45 and got into my stand early looking forward to an awesome morning of hunting but right before the feeders went off the sheep moved in! I had a lot of deer waiting for the feeder to go off but when they saw all the sheep approaching all but four left. AGH!!! And then when my other feeder went off another group of sheep moved in! Geez! The whole morning was a bust! I could see quite a few deer moving thru the mesquite trees behind my big feeder pen but none would come to the feeder and it's just thick enough to make it next to impossible to identify much more than whether they have antlers or not. I sure wish there was a way to keep they away from my feeders and yes I have pens around them.

2 years ago we had that problem. Sheep were jumping the fence so we made a semi high fence around the feeders. Then the sheep would go lean against it and still get in. So we switched to actual sheep panels and widened the feeder pen drastically where there was a ton of room around the feeder. Have not had a problem with sheep since. Every once in a while they will come by and run off whats outside the pen but Deer in the pen seem to be unbothered

put out a dedicated sheep feeder a long ways away from your stand/feeder setup, timer set to go off at same time as your deer feeder ... train the sheep to go somewhere else during your feeding times ...

Just curious, how tall are sheep panels? Thanks.
