Which one would you choose for best eating, a red hind or nilgi hind?

Nilgai. Even a bull Nilgai is better than Red Hind.

I'd rather shoot 2 axis doe than either of a single of those...tastes near red deer, which is amazing.
Nilgai would taste better overall, though.
