Let's hear some squirrel recipes and see some pictures!
I'm going to try my hand at cooking some squirrel this weekend.

Fried. Haven't had them in years.

boars, dumplings ... gotta boil them to get tender.

German fried was always my favorite, roll in flour s&p, shallow pan with a little grease, covered until browned. taters & gravy.

Thai Style -

1 - Catch a RAT. Not many squirrels here.
2 - Skin and gut.
3 - Break open chest cavity
4 - Splay out fully open and coat with red curry sauce
5 - Let dry, coat again, let dry, coat again, let dry
6 - set up the charcoal grill
7 - grill each side ~5 minutes, longer if a BIG rat.
8 - Add a little fish sauce or duck sauce

Grab a Singha beer and enjoy!
