I've used Perks and they've done okay. Good spicy breakfast sausage.

Lone Star Taxidermy and wild game processing 9901 hwy 183 n early tx. I shot a big buck and took it to them and they did a great job no hair in meat and no gamey taste. Been processing all my own for the last 15 years due to not finding a processor that could do it without adding hair and usually didn't feel like it was the deer we even shot due to the taste. When I did them myself they never tasted gamey and no hair so I rolled the dice on this buck and took it to this place close to the lease and they did a fantastic job. I am also having them mount this buck as it was my biggest in 30 yrs. Meat was ready in 1 week also and steaks were vacuumed sealed and hamburger were sealed like you buy sausage in store.
