It’s the same process as any suppressor. Just fill out the form 4 and submit with finger prints and photos.
We can even order one in for you; takes about a week to get it in.

It’s currently taking 6 months for an individual form 4; trusts are still taking longer

So with the new procedures we don’t need a trust for a new purchase?

You can still use a trust if you want to have multiple people with access to the NFA item. Under the new rules all members of a trust have to submit finger prints and photos just like an individual application. The extra processing for the additional people on a trust is why it’s currently taking longer than an individual application.

Oh okay a trust is when you get it between more than one person, so without it only I can use it? Thanks alot for the responses this is why I ask first rather not make the people in store deal with me wanna at least have an idea of what I'm doing lol

Yes, anyone on the trust can be in possession of it. If filed as an individual then people can use it when you are there but you cannot loan it out

If you filed as an individual can you add it to a trust later on?

It would require a form 4 transfer from the individual to the trust
