Broke an 'ear' (not sure what it's really called, part of scope ring mount that overlaps picatinny rail) off about an hour ago, called PR and spoke to Tony, he asked for a pic....sent 5 min. later to his personal phone, he just text that he's sending a complete set along with pre-stamped box to return other. Great service!

Invest in a in/lbs torque wrench and I'll doubt you'll ever break another.

Have one and use it, Judd. Wasn't even close to over tightening....If I screwed up, which is possible with anyone, it may have been that it wasn't settled properly on the rail. P_102
