SilencerCo demonstrated once again why they enjoy their stellar reputation.

I recently purchased a Noveske upper in .300 BO that came with a SilencerCo Trifecta mount. Unfortunately, my 7.62 Specwar requires an ASR mount which is incompatible with the Trifect / MAAD system. When I asked the SilencerCo support whether an adapter was available, they told me no, there wasn't, but they offered to exchange my Trifecta for an ASR mount free of charge.

What a great company and what great customer service.

I may or may not have 5 suppressors, all of which are SilencerCo. I called a while back to ask about a 5.56 ASR mount, they sent me one free of charge. I think it was originally supposed to be included with one of mine, but they didn't ask for proof or purchase, just sent it.

They are great to deal with.

Last month a Fireman bud launched his down the range, and struck every baffle in the process. The mount had come loose, by no fault of his own. He sent it on a Thursday, they emailed, and said it was their bad, and he had a whole new can the next Thursday. Had his original serial number on it though.

My specwar launched down the range about a year ago, been using my SAS Arbiter since. I completely lost faith in the mounting system after that, recently contacted them and they said to send it in. Once I get back home it's going in the mail. Hopefully my experience is as good as your buddies!

Always good to hear good things about a company whose products you own.

My Octane came with both a direct thread mount and the spring assembly (but no piston), while my Omega came with both the direct thread and an ASR brake. When I registered the Omega, Silencerco sent me an ASR flash hider for free.

Had the same thing happen to my specwar, ended up blowing part of the front cap off. Mine had an issue with the locking ring not being tight enough. Sent it off and a week later I had it back free of charge. Their customer support is top notch. Side note, I"m 99% sure they can't make you a new one and re-stamp the serial so I imagine the outer sleeve was reused with all new internals/end cap. That is what happened with mine.

I've also had them send me free parts when they were out of stock on their website. Called to see when they would be in stock and they sent me one for free when it came in.

Their black Friday sale is usually good, too. Last year they had 50% off on mounts/flash hiders.
