I have a new ranch that we need animals off of. Prices are competitive if not below avg. ranch has not been hunted in 4 yrs besides the landowner occasionally. The first few hunters are gonna get some real trophies. Call for details 940-745-0369 shane.

Just to be clear. I don’t own the ranch. I made a deal with landowner on the animals. I’ve spent 2 hrs on the 700 acres so I’m not exactly sure what’s out there but I do know I saw some exceptional animals. I’ll get back with you on the culls.

No worries, what do the hunts look like? Per day or weekend or per animal.

We will have lodging but he’s wants me to be very selective on who stays. Day hunts will be per animal and you will be responsible for care of the animal. (We always help though). multiple day hunts will have a guide fee of $75 a day per guide which will include gutting only. Quartering and caping will be between you and guide.

So what about hunting prices? How much to hunt there for the weekend and are there other fees involved.

Text me on number above and I'll get you animal prices. The lodge is $100 a day per person. All that goes to the landowner. The $75 a day guide fee will roll into the animal fee upon harvest. The guide fee protects me from the people that just never seem to pull the trigger even when everything is perfect. I can usually tell these people pretty fast. They talk big but when it's time to pay the money they have buyers remorse and don't shoot.
The animal prices are a screenshot on my phone. If anyone wants to post here for me I'm fine with that.

Ok sorry I wasn't sure if this was a trophy place or a place that hasn't been hunted in a few years. Let me know if you have any cull bucks for sale. Thanks

You will be first on list for any culls. I just need more time out there. I did not see any culls when I was there but I’d be willing to bet there are some.

Just spoke with the ranch hand and he told me my numbers are way off on the whitetail and they have way more than I saw. Will be out there this week. Hope to get pics

Whitetail will be $2500 up to 160". I don't think there will be any bigger but will price them if I see some. I will price culls accordingly but I need to see them first.
Bow hunting is an option as of now. The landowner expressed how it's more trouble than it's worth with wounded deer. We will bow hunt until he shuts me down but don't expect him to since I'm the one messing with hunters. I saw very few bowstands and they weren't set up very well but we can brush in spots or I'll hang some stands.

I got to spend a day at the ranch. We had a hunter from here go out and take a great fallow buck and a big axis doe. Lots of quality black buck but a couple in particular that was really wide and long. Way more elk and red deer than I thought but the biggest bulls were not as big as described but still good quality bulls. We saw 2 absolute stud axis bucks and some mature shed bucks. I’m still unsure of the whitetail but there are way too many bucks on the place and trying to negotiate a better price for some management bucks. Still learning the place but definitely good quality animals. Congrats to Bud Romine from Granbury who went with me for the day. He took a chance on a new place and got some good table fare and a great trophy.
