I am reaching out for one of my female customers with a very, very well trained Vizsla and she would love to know some other women bird hunters.
Thanks in advance for your respectful considerations.

I grew up hunting birds (dove and quail) but when I moved away I did not have opportunities. And now I just hunt deer and hogs.
But there are several other sites that she might post on (not sure if posting the links would be against rules so just giving the short version): womenhunters.com womensoutdoornews.com
I will look for others.
Good luck.

There are quite a few "Women Hunter" Facebook groups. I have a 14 year old daughter that I'm trying to convert into a hard core upland and big game hunter. I figure if I can get her to marry an outfitter in the Yukon it will save me a lot of money.

I turned my wife into a bird hunter. She loves dove and quail hunting.

My wife likes to watch the dogs when it's not too cold but doesn't shoot.

My wife is the same, no shooting just watching. My wife was the same way back when. She would be the same today. If I ever move back to the country I'll get me couple three or four (Max) of pointer pups and start training them again. Nothing I liked in my life better since I was 14 and trained my first by myself. Joe pointed his first wild bird at 6 months and brought it back to me live after it flew into a cyclone fence after flushingg. And as Bill says the world stood still.

I"m sure they exist,,, but in 35 yrs I have never even seen a woman bird hunter -------- seen them at field trials , but not hunting. They do exist. I hunt, and do a little guiding over birddogs. I very seldom see any other women in the field. Once in a while I'll see a husband and wife duck, or dove hunting. A lot less common seeing them hunting quail. Please don't give her my name. I have brand new twin preemie grandsons, and will be sneaking out to the field every chance I get. This is just not a season, I can make any commitments in advance.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

Daughter is in real estate. This guy contacted her about selling a small ranch with a large barn with a nice bunk room/kitchenette upstairs. After looking it over, she told her husband that they needed to buy the place for themselves. They took a friend as a partner and have built the property into a nice lodge. Quail, dove, turkey, deer, hogs, fish, and varmint hunting abound.
Women shooters/hunters are out there, A friend accompanies her husband to Argentena for birds and fly fishing.
