I see several every year that need to be culled, as they will never meet the AR's. Just one more gripe I have about TPAW and their goofy restrictions. No reason to keep a cull buck in the breeding pool other than some guy sitting at a desk somewhere deciding to make another rule. You might have a few years more to watch that guy running around in the rut.

He is old and will not make AR. That is what is wrong with AR rules. That buck needs to be harvested. Agreed. All his wide buddies will get shot, but he get's a free pass to knock up all the does he can catch... spreading his narrow rack genetics and making things worse.

It'd be a shame not to shoot him, that is a nice deer. Probably not what you want to see in your gene pool, especially the way the law is written, but still a nice deer.
