Wasn't planned this way but... Make arrangements to feed him some lead, at about 3000 feet per second, right in his ear hole, and see if that changes his feeding pattern.

We have the exact same feeder and wound up with the exact same issue. We put ours on railroad ties and t-posted the middle supports, problem solved. We never had a hog try to use it again. The deer used it every day. People will say the fawns cant reach it. They don't have too. They pick up the feed the mature deer knock out onto the ground.
