Getting ready to clean them for a party, not sure what all I am going to put in them?
Will stick with the Beef Fajita, might chop up some rotisserie chicken or spicy sausage links?
Got all sorts of cheese's like Pepper Jack, Gouda, Sharp Cheddar....

What sounds like a good combo to you??

I grilled some my oldest daughter whipped up for me a while back that were a BIG hit, & real simple. She stuffed them with Whataburger sausage & cream cheese, of course wrapped in bacon. IMO you can't go wrong with any kind of stuffed pepper. up

cream cheese, breakfast sausage (40/60) and chopped onions ... wrap with bacon ... is how I do mine ... then drizzle with thinned BBQ sauce 5 or so minutes before bacon is done.
