I made this one out of High Carbon 1095 steel. Blade was heat treated and tempered to HRC 59 so it's hard enough to hold a good edge but won't be terribly hard to sharpen. Satin finished with a nice but faint hamon line that follows the grind lines closely so it doesn't show much in the pics. Scales are stabilized big leaf maple burl that I got out of Canada. The red liners and red epoxy filled mosaic pins add some pop to it. 8 3/8" overall and 3 7/8" tip to scales.
$175 with a hand stitched heavy leather sheath and shipping included.
PayPal accepted.
Thanks for looking!
