I own one. I am very happy with it. Accurate to 800 yards. I shoot 178 gr. Amax with virtually no felt recoil. Worth the extra coin IMO. Perfect trigger. There is no need to change or accessorize anything.

thinking about one, put a thermal on top and smoke some pigs after dark...but $6K for pig hunting is maybe a bit much?

You got to pay to play.....lol. It is a hog killing machine. Every hog I've shot with it is DRT. Just stepped into the thermal world and I am hooked. Highly recommend the Pulsar Apex XQ50. MD Morrow will give you a great deal.

but $6K for pig hunting is maybe a bit much? My brother used to hunt pigs with a $150 SKS and iron sights. It's all perspective.

Don't have a WC 308 but I have a 6.8 and 300 BLK. Top quality, very accurate, fit and finish second to none.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.
