We spent two weekends prepping and planting all our fields. About 60 acres total.........every damn bit of it got hit by army worms!!!!!! Bastards!!!!!!!!!

All is not lost, a good rain and you might be suprised how much made it. 4/5 of my 2 1/2 are gone, it appears that last cold front put the brakes on them, hoping some will come back.

Looks like I lost most of my 2 small plots, but not to worms. Dry weather after a good sprout, then added deer pressure, will wait and see what happens after we get some moisture.
If at first you dont succeed, then skydiving is not for you..

Army worms nailed us in Mills county last week. We sprayed immediately, and got .5" of rain as well. Hopefully they'll bounce back.
